我的portfolio有fgv和edgenta，fgv赚一点（包括股息），edgenta买了几年，赚了8sen股息，还好之前有average down，还不至于亏，但是赚幅%就没有很大，要看老板是不是有良心，如果没有良心，那么第二次的offer可能同价或低于现在这个价lo，可以看看fgv, scipack, 也可以看看其他私有化的例子
