Result from the 1Q only reflect company health before the IPO. Thus the eps 3.51 is derived from 1.85 billion shares outstanding pre-ipo. after reconcile the number, the eps become 2.61 cent . Being said revenue/profit increase due to new ship acquire after the IPO is still not reflected in the Q1 result. In My Opinion, result of the company will only get better from here.馃挭馃挭
if we look closer at the report. Bank islam IT transformation cost it 52million more than 2024. its revenue catching up with the IT cost due to application revamp and back end revamp. IMO next quarter it will get higher than this year Q1.
read the report carefully. The q1 and q2 is bleeding money for their IT expenses. Now the investment for digitalisation has paid off and quarter 3 is more profitable then the last if you read the PBT. Looking forward for good Q4 . is expected for this Q3 to have lower dividens. but Q4 dividend should be better.
i see that the tenant will reduce their lease bit by bit. according to recent info starting from 6th year. they will reduce the size of land they wanted to rent. the location is superb. axis management can always convert the place into a giant warehouse but it will cost a lot (very close to penang port) .hope axis reit management already have plan after the 5th year.
Money goes alot to IT segment. They also said they spend a lot to revitalize Bank Islam Digital banking. 14 million increase in IT spending alone, plus all the new it guys salary . can read salary for employee went up 33.5 million. this alone is the reason of the result. read pg 31 ans 32 of qr report.
