Sunreit yield is quite steady for long term holder but dont expect too much price action until the interest rate trend settles down. Wait for the announcement next month because the payout will likely follow the usual trend without much surprise.

That 4.7 sen figure already look quite solid and steady for a REIT like Sunway. Unless they suddenly decide to cut distribution, the current yield is honestly decent enough for long term holders.
