我分享我的看法啊。Sunway 感觉就在炒新闻。。Sunway, Suncon, Sunreit的业绩都不是很美, 股价一直升, 不是很划算了。可能面子问题。。

@super 这个没办法的，市场会自己解读出故事。sunway group现在明显在红利期所以sunreits背靠大树好乘凉。而且 sunreits在seberang jaya的投入也有不错回报，很多人对它的预期会变高。其实现在我也已经在考虑要不要等拿完这次股息后就脱手

母公司开个sunway square mall在 sunway pyramid对面？ 自己打自己？ 这对pyramid会有影响吧，毕竟一个under 母公司 另一个under sunreit？

weekend walk from pyramid to sunway square via canopy walk, sunway uni more than 1 km. I thought it's nearby but walking quite far for middle age ppl. Bookxcess is crowded. both malls have healthy crowd of shoppers but less than ioi city mall.
