執行「超額配售權」
​因為當初大家搶著買這支股票，銀行在上市時其實「超賣」了一部分股票給投資大眾（這在金融界很常見，稱為綠鞋機制）。現在既然不需要拿錢去市場上護盤，銀行就必須把這筆錢拿去向原有的大股東買股票，來補足之前多賣給大眾的份額。
​公告重點： 銀行正式向大股東（Sunway City 和 Greenwood Capital）買下約 2.95 億股。這筆買股票的錢，將會交還給這兩家大股東。
