本人是股东 其实看Serba的财务报表 确实公司现金流很紧张.这个无可否认. Investing Cash Flow还继续出了很多钱.

其实就两种情况
1. 老板觉得2年后的收到的钱会翻倍
2. 老板只是想要做9 股东.

Private Placement 确实会影响股东权益. 除非公司用Treasurer Share 来PP. 不然会一直Dilute 原本股东的权益.

我买Serba的点是因为我看好Serba的成长速度. 可是无可否认他现金流真的很紧很紧...奉劝各位 Serba是高风险投资. 如果想要买来收 不要去看的 还是乖乖买云顶就好..
