常理是会跌。但不一定。现在其它股东都不肯卖给收购方是因为价钱低。如果收购失败，收购方不会卖出股票，因为他要票。其它股东也没有什么理由便宜卖。所以会跌还是未知数。

根据Jack的说法是对的。超过75%后就会违反公众持股条例，那么就会停牌。然后还要投票，10%的股东同意才能下市。没有达到90%，不能强制下市。
