Whatever view/opinion you look at it, Zetrix is just a collection agent. All money collected less than their commission fee should be surrendered to RTD. Why does RTD not follow up?? What are the people in RTD doing?? Every month get their big fat pays and sleeps on their job?? or Zetrix have negotiated with big guns and they close one eye?? I just hope MACC will investigate the whole issue!!
