| Shareholders' approval for the Rights Issue with Warrants was obtained on 15 April 2011. The abridged prospectus together with the rights subscription form and the notice of provisional allotment (collectively referred to as “Documents”) in relation to the Rights Issue with Warrants will be despatched on 13 May 2011 to the entitled shareholders of Focus whose names appear on the Record of Depositors of Focus on 11 May 2011. The Documents will not be registered under any legislation of any foreign jurisdiction, and the Rights Issue with Warrants will not be made or offered in any foreign jurisdiction. Accordingly, the Documents will not be sent to foreign entitled shareholders of Focus: (i) who do not have a registered address in Malaysia in the Record of Depositors; or (ii) who have not provided the Share Registrar with a registered address in Malaysia in writing not later than 5.00 p.m. on 11 May 2011, being the entitlement date for the Rights Issue with Warrants.
