KUALA LUMPUR: Pertama Digital Bhd has submitted its proposed regularisation plan to the Securities Commission (SC) in its efforts to restore its listing status on Bursa Malaysia.
The submission, made on April 8, comes alongside progress in the company's proposed acquisition of D-Ron Singapore and D-Ron Malaysia, the company said in a statement today.
Pertama Digital signed a supplemental letter refining the terms of the share sale and purchase agreements for the acquisition, which were originally inked on June 20, 2025.
The revised terms are intended to strengthen the transaction framework and align it more closely with the companys strategic priorities.
The proposed acquisition, which will be fully cash-settled, is expected to enhance Pertama Digital's capabilities in advanced technology solutions through the addition of the two D-Ron entities.
The company said both developments form part of its broader restructuring and reinstatement efforts, with further details disclosed in its filing with Bursa Malaysia.
