not so much on policies in my personal opinion. Its the typical business and workflow automation company which is ok in the past. But the growth in AI at the infra and apps layer means ADB's products/services are now lacking / falling behind the market trends - AI platform, AI assistant, AI analytics, generative AI service and etc.
