On 22 December 2025, the Company and WRSB entered appearance in the New SGSB Suit through their solicitors and have filed an affidavit on 7 January 2026 to oppose the new injunction application. On 21 January 2026, the Company and WRSB filed a Notice of Application to stay the New SGSB Suit. The decision in respect of the injunction application and the stay application is scheduled to be delivered on 30 July 2026.
