Don’t look at Sunway n SunCon at their profit level of past 3 years only ; Very obvious Sunway’s big boss is interested in IJM plenty of lands at strategic locations plus the Kuantan port . Dont look down at IJM top management, they can build property projects or development at slower speed or faster speed , not really matter, depends on brain power of the top management. Like IOI corp n IOI property, their lands already used up quickly, don’t own as much strategic location lands as Sime property, KL kepong , Sunway then IJM.
