Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(15) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of the Company (“Board”) wishes to announce that the Company had on 18 June 2025 received a notice in writing dated 18 June 2025 from ChengCo PLT ("ChengCo") on their resignation as Auditors of the Company pursuant to Section 281 of the Companies Act 2016 (“the Act”). The end of ChengCo's term of office shall be twenty-one (21) days from 18 June 2025 pursuant to Section 281(2) of the Act. 

The resignation of Chengco PLT is due to the suspension of its audit licence by the Audit Oversight Board (AOB) of the Securities Commission Malaysia (SC), arising from audit quality issues.

The Management has started sourcing other audit firms to be appointed as the new auditors of the Company.

Further announcement(s) will be made by the Company in due course once the nomination of new auditors is finalised by the Company.
