Reference is made to the Company’s announcement on subject matter released on 2 May 2025 and the Company wishes to provide the following additional information:

1.         The non-extension of the MOU was mainly due to global economic uncertainty amidst the trade war which led to difficulties for both parties to align on a feasible collaboration structure.

2.         There is no cost incurred in relation to the collaboration/project/ MOU as of to-date as both parties have conducted preliminary feasibility studies internally without incurring any advisory cost.

3.         There is no impact on the business operation and no legal implications arising from the lapse of the MOU as the MOU is not legally binding and merely an expression of intention.
