The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company proposed to seek shareholders' approval on the Proposed Renewal of Existing Shareholders' Mandates at the forthcoming Twenty-Second Annual General Meeting to be convened.

The existing authority for shareholders’ mandate obtained on 21 June 2024 for the Company and its subsidiary companies to enter into RRPTs based on the terms set out in the Circular to Shareholders dated 30 April 2024, shall in accordance with Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad Main Market Listing Requirements, lapse at the conclusion of the forthcoming Twenty-Second Annual General Meeting, unless renewal is obtained from the shareholders of the Company at the forthcoming Twenty-Second Annual General Meeting.

A Circular to Shareholders containing information on the Proposed Renewal of Existing Shareholders' Mandates will be made available to the shareholders in due course.
