Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 19 January 2024, 22 January 2024, 5 March 2024, 4 April 2024, 18 April 2024 and 23 April 2024. The Court has vacated the trial dates on 19 and 20 February 2025, and the new dates are on 27 and 29 August 2025. The Court has also fixed the Case Management on 22 July 2025 for the parties to update the Court on the status of filing of the pre-trial documents. The final Case Management before trial is fixed on 13 August 2025. The Cmpany will make further announcements in respect of the above as and when necessary.
