The Board of Directors of GOB wishes to announce that the Company’s ESOS, which was established on 29 August 2014 for a period of 10 years, will expire on 28 August 2024 in accordance with the by-laws governing the ESOS.
Following the expiration of the ESOS, all unexercised ESOS options will lapse automatically. The ESOS Committee, which was established to administer the ESOS, will be dissolved with immediate effect.
