On behalf of the Board of Directors of Enest (“Board”), M & A Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that the Board intends to undertake the Proposed Transfer Listing.
To facilitate the implementation of the Proposed Transfer Listing, the Company proposes to adopt a new Constitution of the Company to replace the existing Constitution in its entirety to be in line with the ACE Market Listing Requirements.
