Further to the Company’s announcement dated 4 October 2022, the Board of Directors wishes to provide the following additional information in relation to the Winding-Up Petition:- 1. Financial and operational impact The application for petition to wind-up the Company and the appointment of Liquidator, if successful, the Company would be placed into liquidation and would cease operation and its financial affairs would be overseen by a liquidator to be appointed by the Court. 2. The expected loss arising from the Winding-Up Petition The Company is not expected to incur material losses from the Winding-Up Petition. This announcement is dated 5 October 2022. |
