Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 15.06.2022. The Company wishes to inform that in the hearing on the Petitioner’s Winding-Up Petition dated 21.09.2021 fixed for 16.06.2022, the Court has given the Respondent until 04.10.2022 to settle the debt due to the Petitioner and in the event that the debt is not settled, the Company will be wound up on 04.10.2022. The Court has fixed 04.10.2022 for case management to update the Court on the status of settlement and the outcome of the Company’s appeal on the dismissal of its application for Judicial Management Order. The Company will make the necessary announcement on any development on the above matter in due course. This announcement is dated 17 June 2022. |
