Further to the Announcements, the Company wishes to clarify that the claim amount of RM37,943,163.23 had been fully impaired by Total IPCO in the financial years ended ("FYE") 31 March 2023 and 31 March 2024, the breakdown of which is set out below:

In addition, the Company wishes to inform that the first case management has been fixed on 1 October 2026.
