Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 12 September 2024, 25 November 2024, 20 February 2025, 27 May 2025, 25 August 2025, 28 November 2025, 27 February 2026, 29 May 2026 and 26 August 2026 in relation to the MOU entered between MNPTSB and FESB ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used herein shall have the same meanings as those stated in the Announcements.

The Board of MNHB wishes to announce that MNPTSB and FESB had on 11 September 2026, mutually agreed to extend the term of the MOU for a further period of two (2) years, commencing from 11 September 2026 and expiring on 10 September 2028 ("Extension").

The Company will make the relevant update announcement(s) if there are any additional agreements or contract documents to be entered into subsequently, subject to mutual agreement from the Parties.
