MATERIAL LITIGATION PURSUANT TO PARAGRAPH 9.04(F) OF THE BURSA MALAYSIA SECURITIES BERHAD MAIN MARKET LISTING REQUIREMENTS IN RESPECT OF:

 -   WRIT OF SUMMONS AND STATEMENT OF CLAIM FROM KERJAYA PROSPEK (M) SDN BHD; AND

-    DEFENCE AND COUNTERCLAIM BY APPLE 99 DEVELOPMENT SDN BHD

Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 17 October 2025.

 

Kerjaya Prospek (M) Sdn Bhd ("KP") subsequently filed an appeal against the Shah Alam High Court's orders on 21 October 2025.  

 

The Board of Directors of YTB wishes to update that the Court of Appeal heard and delivered its decision on 8 September 2026 dismissing both of the KP's appeals, with collective costs of RM40,000.00 payable by KP to Apple 99.

 

The Company will make further announcements as and when there are material developments on the litigation with KP.
