DELISTING OF THE ENTIRE ISSUED SHARE CAPITAL OF PEB FROM THE OFFICIAL LIST OF BURSA MALAYSIA SECURITIES BERHAD ("BURSA SECURITIES") PURSUANT TO PARAGRAPH 16.06 OF THE MAIN MARKET LISTING REQUIREMENTS OF BURSA SECURITIES ("LISTING REQUIREMENTS")

We refer to the announcements dated 28 April 2026, 30 April 2026, 4 May 2026, 7 May 2026, 5 June 2026, 8 June 2026, 30 June 2026, 2 July 2026, 7 August 2026, 10 August 2026, 11 August 2026, 12 August 2026, 24 August 2026 and 1 September 2026 in relation to the Proposals ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 9 September 2026, informed that pursuant to Paragraph 16.06 of the Listing Requirements, the entire issued share capital of PEB will be removed from the Official List of the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9:00 a.m., Monday, 14 September 2026.
