The Board of Directors of MNHB wishes to announce that MN Utilities Engineering Sdn. Bhd. ("MNUE"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, together with Pembinaan Tajri Sdn. Bhd. ("PTSB"), had on 7 September 2026 via an unincorporated joint venture arrangement, received an award of contract for the installation of new 275 kilovolt ("kV") reconfiguration Underground Cable ("UGC") from LILO Point to Intel Electronic Malaysia switching station for 275kV bulk supply to Intel Penang from Tenaga Nasional Berhad ("TNB") via its letter dated 4 September 2026 ("Contract"). For the avoidance of doubt, both MNUE and PTSB have agreed to collaborate and work together via an unincorporated joint venture for the Contract.
