Working experience and occupation	Mr. Chan Chee Khang ("Mr CK Chan") has more than 26 years of experience in the electrical and electronics ("E&E") industry and electronics manufacturing services ("EMS") sector in Malaysia. Mr. CK Chan joined our Group in 2024 as General Manager and was subsequently appointed as Executive Director cum Chief Operating Officer on 20 August 2026. He is responsible for overseeing our Group's operational functions and supporting the implementation of its business strategies and objectives. Mr. CK Chan began his career with Asian Micro Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. in 1996 and subsequently held various manufacturing and operational leadership positions with Transcapital Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., Solectron Technology Sdn. Bhd., Jabil Circuit Sdn. Bhd., SMARTRAC Technology Sdn. Bhd. and Plexus Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. In 2017, he joined Flextronics Technology (Penang) Sdn. Bhd. as Operations Manager and was subsequently promoted to Operations Director and General Manager. During his tenure, he led various operational excellence initiatives and supported manufacturing expansion and business growth.
