The Board of Directors of MQ Tech ("Board") wishes to announce that on 14 August 2026, the Company entered into a Facilitation and Collaboration Agreement ("the Agreement") with INT Network Solution Sdn. Bhd. ("INT") to set out the terms and conditions governing INT's introduction and facilitation of the China Partner, the procurement and making available of the Project Site, the implementation of the Project through the Company and/or its nominee ("MQ Nominee"), and the consideration payable by the Company to INT in connection therewith.
