The Board of Directors of Nexgram Holdings Berhad ( "Nexgram" or "the Company") wishes to announce that the Company has on even date, received the notice in writing from Messrs. LTTH PLT on their resignation as Auditors of the Company with effect from 11  August 2026.

The resignation is on a voluntary basis as the Company wishes to appoint another auditors.

Save for the above, the Board is not aware of any matter that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.

The Company will appoint another audit firm as the new auditors of the Company.

Further announcement will be made by the Company in due course once the appointment of new auditors is finalised by the Company.
