The Board of Directors of MNHB wishes to announce that MN Utilities Engineering Sdn. Bhd. ("MNUE"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, together with Pembinaan Tajri Sdn. Bhd. ("PTSB"), had on 10 August 2026 via an unincorporated joint venture arrangement, received an award of contract to install new Double Circuit 132 kilovolt ("kV") Underground Cable [2x180 Mega Volt-Amperes ("MVA")] from Transmission Main Intake ("PMU") Tasek Gelugor to PMU Bertam ("Contract").
