Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 7 August 2024, 25 November 2024, 20 February 2025, 27 May 2025, 25 August 2025, 28 November 2025, 27 February 2026 and 29 May 2026 in relation to the MOU entered between MNPTSB and CSCEM ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used herein shall have the same meanings as those stated in the Announcements.

The Board of Directors of MNHB wishes to announce that the MOU entered into between MNPTSB, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, and CSCEM, which commenced on 7 August 2024 for a term of two (2) years, expired upon completion of its term on 6 August 2026 and has accordingly ceased to have effect. There were no material developments pertaining to the MOU during its term.
