The Company wishes to announce that SDP Klang had, on 7 August 2026, filed the Notice of Appeal with the Court of Appeal against the High Court decisions delivered on 10 July 2026 and 20 July 2026.

 

The Company will make further announcements upon any material developments in relation to the Land Reference Matter.
