The change of financial year end from 31 August to 31 January is due to the recent resignation of the Company's Auditors, and additional time is required for the new Auditors to prepare and audit the financial statements of the Group. M N C Wireless Berhad will hereby apply for an extension of time to hold its next Annual General Meeting for the year 2027 and to lodge the Audited Financial Statement with the Companies Commission of Malaysia accordingly.
