OFFER AND GRANT OF EMPLOYEES SHARES OPTIONS SCHEME ("OPTIONS") UNDER THE LONG TERM INCENTIVE PLAN ("LTIP")
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the following offer of Options has been made on 31 July 2026 to the eligible employees of the Company and its subsidiaries ("Eligible Persons") to subscribe for new ordinary shares in the Company under the LTIP ("Offer"). The Options Price is calculated at (5)-day weighted average market price of DHB Shares immediately preceding the Offer Date of the Options. DHB Shares closed at RM0.070 on 31 July 2026.The Exercise of Options granted to the Eligible Person has today become effective and exercisable. The details of the Exercise of Options are as follows:-
