Pursuant to Paragraph 10.06 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of AE Multi Holdings Berhad ("AEMB" or the "Company") wishes to announce that the Company had on 17 July 2026 disposed of a total of 32,298,700 ordinary shares in  Sinaran Advance Group Berhad ("SAGB") (the "Disposal") in the open market for a total consideration of Ringgit Malaysia Three Million Five Hundred Thirty Three Thousand and Ninety Three (RM3,533,093.00) ("Disposal Consideration") only.
