On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that the SC had, vide its letter dated 16 July 2026, approved the application for the Proposed Transfer under Section 214(1) of the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007. The SC also took note that MNHB had complied with the Bumiputera equity requirement for public listed companies pursuant to its listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities.

Information on the Company in compliance with sub-paragraph 2A.2 under Practice Note 22 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities is set out in the enclosed attachment.
