Megan Lim Soo Zee is an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya with over 14 years of legal experience in corporate and commercial disputes, construction law, insolvency, and civil litigation. She obtained the Certificate of Legal Practice (CLP) before being admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya.

She is the Founder and Managing Partner of Megan Lim Chambers, where she advises and represents corporations, developers, contractors, business owners, and private enterprises in a broad range of contentious legal matters. Her areas of practice include corporate and commercial disputes, construction disputes, contractual claims, winding-up proceedings, bankruptcy and insolvency matters, civil litigation, adjudication and etc. She also advises clients on commercial agreements, contract negotiation, and legal risk arising from business transactions.
