We refer to the Announcements and the Circular dated 12 June 2026 in relation to the RPS Set-Off.

On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that the RPS Set-Off has been completed following the listing of and quotation for 166,417,858 Subscription Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities today. 

Following the above, the enlarged issued share capital of the Company is RM360,655,666.38 comprising 1,930,064,503 Magma Shares.
