We refer to the earlier announcements dated 13 August 2024, 30 September 2024, 8 October 2024, 30 September 2025, 18 March 2026, 19 March 2026 and 19 May 2026 in relation to the Transfer Listing. Unless otherwise stated, all terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements ("Announcements").

On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities wishes to announce that, as stipulated in the Bursa Securities' Withdrawal Approval Letter dated 6 April 2026:

1. The trading in Enest's shares on the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities will be suspended one market day before the date of allotment of the new Enest Shares to be issued pursuant to the listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities ("Listing") until the completion of the Listing; and

2. The effective date of suspension shall be from 10 July 2026 onwards.
