We refer to the announcements dated 10 October 2025, 17 October 2025, 27 October 2025, 19 November 2025, 24 November 2025, 2 January 2026, 13 January 2026, 5 February 2026, 10 February 2026, 11 February 2026, 23 February 2026, 26 February 2026, 4 March 2026, 5 March 2026, 27 April 2026, 8 May 2026 and 25 May 2026 in relation to the Proposals ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

 

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that, after due and careful consideration, the Board has resolved to abort the Private Placement 2 as the proposed utilisation of proceeds from the Private Placement 2, which was mainly earmarked for settlement of Cash Consideration for the Acquisition, is no longer applicable following the completion of the Acquisition on 27 April 2026.
