ESTABLISHMENT OF A LONG-TERM INCENTIVE PLAN INVOLVING ORDINARY SHARES OF SDP FOR THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR(S) AND ELIGIBLE PERSONS OF SDP AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES (WHICH ARE NOT DORMANT) ("LTIP")

(Reference is made to SDP's announcements dated 21 April 2026, 23 April 2026, 4 May 2026, 26 May 2026 and 10 June 2026 in relation to the LTIP ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise stated, all defined, capitalised terms and abbreviations used herein shall have the same meanings as those used in the Announcements.)

 

On behalf of SDP, CIMB wishes to announce that the effective date for the implementation of the LTIP is 12 June 2026 ("Effective Date"), which is the date of full compliance of all the relevant requirements of the Listing Requirements in relation to the LTIP in accordance with Paragraph 6.43(1) of the Listing Requirements.
