Further to the Company's announcement dated 23^rd April 2026, and 5^th May 2026, the Board of Directors of Asdion wishes to announce the following updates arising from the Case Management for Shah Alam Magistrate Court Suit No.: BA-A71NCVC-116-03/2026 ("Suit No. 116") which was fixed on 4^th June 2026, as follows:-

1) The Court has fixed the next Case Management date on 2^nd July 2026 which will be conducted physically at the Shah Alam Magistrate Court for Asdion to file its Defence.

Further announcement on the development of the above legal suit will be made to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad in due course.
