Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 29 May 2026, which is hereby amended to clarify that MTT Shipping Pasir Gudang Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No.: 201601025468 (1196407-X)], an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of MTTSL, had on 29 May 2026 awarded to Wuhu Shipyard Co., Ltd. ("Wuhu Shipyard") a contract for the construction of one (1) unit of 3,300 TEU container vessel ("Contract"), instead of having accepted the Contract awarded by Wuhu Shipyard.
