The Board of Directors of Velocity Capital Partner Berhad ("the Company") has approved the change of the financial year end of the Company from 30 June 2026 to 31 December 2026. The next set of audited financial statements will cover a period of 18 months from 1 July 2025 to 31 December 2026 and subsequently the financial year shall end on 31 December. This change is made to better align financial reporting with operational resource planning in support of the Group's ongoing business activities.
