Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(1)(ii) and Practice Note 11 of the MMLR of Bursa Securities, the Board of Directors of PMC wishes to announce the aggregate amount of financial assistance provided by Megawise Sdn Bhd ("MSB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of PMC, pursuant to its ordinary course of business during the quarter ended 31 March 2026 as set out below:
