Pursuant to Guidance Note 4 of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Director of Aldrich wishes to announce that the aggregate amount of financial assistance provided by its indirect subsidiary, Proficient Premium Sdn. Bhd., a licensed moneylending company pursuant to its ordinary course of business for the quarter ended 31 March 2026, are set out in the attachment.

The provision of financial assistance has no significant impact on the net assets and earnings of Aldrich and its subsidiaries for the current financial year.
