Mr. Yew Jun Dee ("Darryl Yew") is a seasoned finance professional with over a decade of experience across listed and multinational environments. His experience covers group level financial management, corporate planning, and financial reporting, including budgeting and forecasting, performance management, governance and internal controls, and stakeholder reporting. During his tenure, he has worked across a broad range of operating environments and business models, with exposure to diverse sectors including technology and digital services, public sector oriented operations, automotive and consumer businesses, and energy, and he has supported corporate execution matters including financial due diligence, transaction evaluation, corporate exercises, and capital management workstreams. He has been discharging the responsibilities of Acting Chief Financial Officer prior to his redesignation to Chief Financial Officer.
His proficiency also extends to having a strong grasp of International Financial Reporting Standards and other applicable reporting frameworks, together with familiarity with listing related disclosure expectations and core corporate finance disciplines. |
