Applications for the IPO Shares under the Retail Offering will open at 10.00 a.m. on 29 April 2026 and will remain open until 5.00 p.m. on 6 May 2026. The Institutional Offering will open on 29 April 2026 and will close on 7 May 2026. In the event there is any change to the timetable, advertisements of the notice of changes will be made in widely circulated English and Bahasa Malaysia daily newspapers within Malaysia and an announcement will be made on the website of Bursa Securities. 

The stock short name, stock code and the International Securities Identification Number (ISIN) code for SkyeChip Berhad are SKYECHIP, 5357 and MYL5357OO008, respectively.
