The Board of Directors of HCK Capital Group Berhad wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek its shareholders' approval for the Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature ("Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate") at the forthcoming Twenty-Seventh Annual General Meeting of the Company.

A Circular to Shareholders containing details of the Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate will be announced and published on the Company's website in due course, and the shareholders will be notified accordingly.
