Reference is made to our announcement dated 16 March 2026 in relation to the disposal of Dialog Diyou PCR Sdn. Bhd. ("DDPCR"). Unless otherwise defined herein, all terms and acronyms used herein shall be the same as those defined in the previous announcement.

Dialog Group Berhad ("DIALOG") wishes to announce that the disposal of DDPCR by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Dialog Chemicals Sdn Bhd, has been completed.

The disposal of DDPCR is in line with DIALOG's strategy to realign its focus back to its core businesses in the energy sector, positioning the Group for long-term growth and resilience.
